No, but all entrants must fill out a"Parade Entry Form"

Can we throw candy from our float?

No. Handouts & candy are allowed, but they MUST be handed out to prevent kids (and adults) from running in the parade path. We have to remember that a parade is exciting for all, but safety must come first.

Yes, the expectation is that floats be clean and decorated, and follow the parade theme for parade viewers enjoyment. Parade entries should bring value to the audience and therefore need to be of quality, be family friendly, entertaining, and must carry a message of goodwill.

Can I enter the parade with an animal?

Equines or animals (horses, buffalo, antelope, pelicans or dogs)  are allowed with proper paperwork and insurance.

Is music allowed?

Yes, of course! We just ask that you note this on the entry form in the notes so we can position you in a good spot in the Parade lineup.

Is there a height restriction?

Yes. 14 feet from ground level due to power & telephone lines on the route
